However, look at this photo of a chapel built around 1409 at Roche, Cornwall. Imagine the effort and skills of these early folk in constructing this with local granite against a large monolithic granite outcrop. I wonder if we still have the resourcefulness of these folk.

May I gently suggest that nothing be raised (corporate or otherwise). Let the percentages remain as they are. Let the total take rise or fall with the ocean of sales (for sales tax for example) or corporate profit etc.
Never invite the parsley salesman.
