POLL RESULT/ COMMENT FROM L.E. FANT of LAS VEGAS:
Most (85%) apparently believe a trial is in order before execution. L.E. asks "If so, why a desire to eliminate/ shorten the appeals process (previous Poll result) which surely is testing the validity of the preceding trial." Death is usually forever. Mistakes are human.
